New Downtown Batavia Incentive!
In addition to the City of Batavia facade grant program, the City now offers a Downtown Improvement Grant Program to assist with interior renovation and business expansion in the historic district.  Click HERE for the link to the City's new program application.  Just another reason why opening up your business in downtown Batavia makes sense and saves you money!

The bustle of our downtown's car count of over 25,000 on Wilson Street is juxtaposed by the winding Fox River, beautiful Riverwalk, Fox River bicycle trails on the banks, historic churches and buildings made of native limestone quarried here and space waiting for your business.
