MISTLETOE MAGIC HOSTS DEBUT OF “VIA 2010 CALENDAR,” LIVE MUSIC AND LOCAL ARTISTS
Batavia, IL: Downtown Batavia comes alive with the holiday spirit on Friday night at the December 4th Mistletoe Magic Arts Walk from 5-9 p.m. The holiday open house is anchored by the quarterly arts walk and includes eight downtown Batavia locations hosting musicians, Fox Valley artists, special sales, refreshments, and the sale of “Via 2010, the new MainStreet calendar. Attendees will want to visit the “Shop via Batavia” window at 2 E Wilson and enjoy the downtown lights display as well as Water Street Studios “Winter Wonderland” display. Businesses participating include: The Gallery at Allen+Pepa Architects (8 W Wilson St); Urban Style (3 E Wilson St), hosting “via 2010 “ Batavia calendar and photography contest winners; Joe Kosner American Family Insurance (10 E Wilson St); Limestone Coffee & Tea/assorted Fox Valley artists; Water Street Studios (S Water St)/Winter Wonderland & Gallery open to the public; Daddio’s Diner (134 W Wilson St)/ The RendezVu Restaurant (1 E Wilson St upstairs) live musical performances and Batavia MainStreet (2 E Wilson St). A schedule of other locations and performance times is available on the MainStreet web site at www.downtownbatavia.com after December 1st or at any of the participating Mistletoe Magic participating businesses during the event.

The Batavia MainStreet program is one of 55 non-profit, community based Main Street organizations in the state of Illinois.
