$25.2 Million in Recovery Zone Bonds Available to Area Companies

See links below for information regarding Kane County’s Recovery Zone Facility Bond Program, which is intended to stimulate the local economy by providing the private-sector with access to lower-cost, tax-exempt bond financing. Under this program, companies may finance improvements to their property or purchase equipment used in their business. City of Batavia's Downtown Improvement Grant!

The City of Batavia has widened the scope of the sprinkler grant to include interior rehabilitation of buildings in the historic district of downtown Batavia. The grants are on a rolling basis (no deadlines) and are matched 50/50 with a minimum of $2,500 for each project and maximum of $25,000.
